Today, the National Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone is conducting local council bye-election in Ward 196, Kambia District, North-Western SierraLeone.
The vacancy occurred as a result of the death of Councillor Ibrahim Kella Conteh (RIP) of Ward 196, Tonko Limba Chiefdom, Constituency 058, Kambia District; whose death took place on Sunday 1st July 2018.
Voters will elect one councillor from three contesting political parties’ candidates of the All Peoples Congress (APC), National Grand Coalition (NGC) and the Sierra Leone Peoples Party (SLPP) in the following polling centres in Ward 196, Kambia District:
