Drone Corridor will take medical suppliers to remote areas especially in an emergency and also use to supply fertilizers

Sierra Leone’s president, Julius Maada Bio was today joined in Njala by the Unicef country representative, Sulaiman Brimah to launch the drone corridor. It’s said to be the first in west Africa that’s led by a national government. The unmanned aerial vehicles will take medical suppliers to remote areas especially in an emergency. But the president said the corridor would also be used to supply fertilizers and other items needed for agricultural purposes.
